Our Story
SnC Consulting exists because too many Oracle Cloud implementations are staffed with junior consultants following a playbook — and organizations pay for it long after go-live. We built the alternative.
01
SnC Consulting was founded by Oracle Cloud specialists who spent over 15 years inside the large consulting ecosystem and watched the same pattern repeat: firms won engagements on the strength of their senior partners, then staffed the actual work with less experienced teams. Clients got slow delivery, rework cycles, and systems that technically went live — but didn't actually work for the business.
We left that model to build something different. At SnC, every engagement is delivered by the consultants you meet during the sales conversation. Our senior practitioners don't manage from a distance. They're in your configuration sessions, reviewing your data migration, and on the call when close day runs into an unexpected issue. That's not a promise — it's how we're structurally organized.
The Quantum Eye philosophy is the name we gave to something we already practiced: the discipline of looking through every layer of a requirement — business process, system configuration, downstream reporting — before making a single setup decision. It's what separates implementations that work from implementations that merely complete.
Our Mission
"To bring Quantum Eye precision to every Oracle Cloud engagement — so organizations get a system that works for their business, not against it."
What We Stand For
These aren't aspirational statements. They're operating principles that determine how we staff engagements, communicate with clients, and define what done means.
I
We take the time to understand your business before touching configuration. Cutting corners at design to hit an arbitrary timeline is how organizations end up rebuilding their CoA six months after go-live. We build it right the first time, because the second time costs three times as much.
II
If a requirement is out of scope, we say so in writing before we proceed. If a timeline is unrealistic, we tell you on week one — not week ten. If a configuration decision has a risk, we document it and get your sign-off. No surprises in the final week. No blame after go-live.
III
We don't consider a project closed when the final milestone is invoiced. Go-live is the beginning of the most critical phase. Our senior consultants remain accountable through stabilization — and our post-go-live programs ensure what we built continues to serve you as your business evolves.
The SnC Difference
We're not a large consulting firm, and that's not a limitation — it's the feature. Here's what boutique, senior-led delivery actually looks like in practice.
The consultant who scopes your project implements it. We have no bench of junior resources to staff onto your engagement. Every person we put in front of you has a decade or more of Oracle-specific implementation experience.
Oracle modules don't exist in isolation. Our team's depth across Financials, Procurement, CPQ, OTL, and EPM means we design integrations that actually make sense — and flag cross-module conflicts before they become go-live defects.
US headquarters in Southlake, Texas. Permanent India office. Consultant availability across Mexico and Canada. We have the global capacity to serve multi-country implementations while maintaining the responsiveness of a boutique firm that actually answers the phone.
Our track record of zero failed go-lives isn't luck — it's the result of a structured decision-making process that catches risk at design, not discovery. When we sign on to an engagement, we are accountable for making it work.
